Our box is only avaliable in Australia and New Zealand as we start up. We are hoping to expand into other countries as we grow, but unaffordable shipping is making it difficult right now!
If you are on a month to month (Monthly) you can cancel anytime. If you agree to a 6 month or 12 month subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period.
You can skip boxes during your commitment period, however this just extends the commitment period out.
We do not do refunds on the already sent box. To cancel or manage your subscription please log into your account.
A Monthly box is renewed each month and shipped each month.
A Bi-monthly box is renewed every other month and shipped for that month only.
Absolutely! Your payments are completely secure. We use Stripe, a leading payment processing platform known for its robust security measures and encryption protocols. Absolutely. Once you are subscribed you can manage your skips and pauses in your account area under subscriptions.
We aim to provide you with items of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please email our team at hello@nookbox.com.au as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please contact our team by emailing us at the email listed above before shipping your package to us. If you ship an item to us for a return or exchange without contacting us first, we can’t guarantee that your request will be processed. Please note that we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
